Ginger garlic paste is a common ingredient used in Indian cooking to give it the perfect aroma and taste. That’s why we need to always have stock of it in our fridge.

How to make

Take equal quantities of both ginger and garlic. Example 50gms each. Peel and wash both.

Add both in a small mixer jar and make paste. First just grind them and then hen sprinkle a spoon of water to make a smooth paste.

Store in a glass airtight container. It can last upto 2 weeks refrigerated. Storing in a glass container will help to keep its flavours intact.
