Chicken fries are everybody’s favorite. No one can say no to fried chicken. It makes a wonderful combination with any Indian rice dishes especially biryani and ghee rice. A little extra masala and flour and your simple chicken fry will turn into crispy fried chicken (better than KFC for Indians) which is sure to get you some appreciation. So let’s make it.
- 250 gm medium chicken pieces
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp rice flour or cornflour
1. Take the cleaned chicken pieces in a bowl and add to it chilli, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and ginger garlic paste. Allow it to marinate for at least an hour.
